So we all know that Wedding Market (aka the equivalent of NY Fashion Week for brides) was earlier this month, and the whole web is still abuzz about the best styles for 2014 wedding dresses. While we've seen the big, bold trends (the almost exclusively pink and red Vera Wang 2014 line, anyone?), I think there's a ton of other sexy, surprising, and sweet trends that have gone unnoticed for too long. Until now! Buckle your seat belts, brides -- it's going to be one stylish ride.
Sweet, feminine, and oh-so-pretty, these feminine gowns featured floral lace and appliques that made us dream of colorful spring weddings and blushing brides.
We say designers taking a no-holds barred approach to ruffles, amping up the volume and drama with layer after luxe layer.
Backless wedding gowns
One of our favorite trends from last year is here to stay! Brides on the runway bared their backs with these gorgeous, sexy numbers -- some of which were cut down to almost there!
The Princess Treatment
Fairytale style gowns graced the runways with poofy but pretty skirts. It's the sweetest look that we weren't expecting, but totally love!

Oh lala! Bridal Market models were baring skin left and right with these seductive, lacy numbers. Perfect for the bride who's been working out and tanning all year long!
Last but not least, the bridal fashion world hasn't forgotten about The Great Gatsby. Art deco bridal styles and inspiration were everywhere; upping the glam factor for the brides of 2014.
So what do you think about these six dress trends, brides and wedding lovers? Do any strike your style fancy, or are you choosing another equally awesome wedding dress style to rock on the big day? Let us know (pictures are always welcome!) in the comments.
