There are some weddings that have stunning decor, some weddings with breathtaking locations, and some weddings where you just want to hug the bride and groom because they're too stinking adorable. Well, luckily for us (and for you dear readers!) today we get to feature a wedding that is all three things!
Joy and Derell's big day was a celebration of their love, their family and their relationship in a sweet rose garden and restaurant wedding. Their love story is just too cute not to tell, and is shared below by their awesome photographers, Lovers of Love:
Joy, a runner, was training for a half marathon when Derell, not a runner, ran it… just to be near her! How cute is that?! They met at a fateful bonfire where matchmaker friend purposefully invited him to meet her. Its no wonder they hit it off, they both have rare and kind souls. A long run and three years later he proposed during a hike in Maui in front of a gorgeous waterfall. They exchanged the sweetest vows to one another at the Rose Garden in San Diego on May 3rd in front of their closest friends and family. In true Joy fashion every detail was perfect! A burlap runner, pretty little vintage items, hand drawn signage, and 7 of the most adorable flower girls! She wore a gorgeous lace dress from Allure Bridal topped with a dainty floral headpiece. The nights festivities happened over at the Old Venice Restaurant where the couple laughed and danced away the evening.

How adorable is that last shot of the happy couple? I feel like that's a photo that all brides and grooms should get on their big day. Congrats to Joy and Derell, and thanks to Lovers of Love for sharing!
